Reservation and Payment

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and apartment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

We accept credit cards and bank transfers for the deposit. At check-in, you can settle the balance in cash as well.
All transactions are safe and secure.

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit of €300.00, which will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage to the property has occurred.

Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel your reservation, depending on our cancellation policy. We invite you to consult the “Terms and Conditions” section for more details.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

As soon as you arrive in Livigno, contact me, and we can meet directly at the apartment address.
In case of a late arrival, we can arrange a self-check-in.

Structure and Services

Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a “Dolce Gusto” coffee machine, and a kettle.

The Alpine Escape apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay, just like in a hotel. You will find a comfortable bed made up, towels in the bathroom, and… even the final cleaning is included in the price.

If you choose to stay at the Chalet 4 Stagioni, you will have access to a covered garage where you can park both your car and bicycles.
