What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and bank transfers for the deposit. At check-in, you can settle the balance in cash as well. All transactions are safe and secure.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit of €300.00, which will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage to the property has occurred.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel your reservation, depending on our cancellation policy. We invite you to consult the “Terms and Conditions” section for more details.
Arrival and Departure
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
How do I collect the keys?
As soon as you arrive in Livigno, contact me, and we can meet directly at the apartment address. In case of a late arrival, we can arrange a self-check-in.
Structure and Services
Are the apartments equipped with a kitchen?
Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a “Dolce Gusto” coffee machine, and a kettle.
Are there bed linens and towels?
The Alpine Escape apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay, just like in a hotel. You will find a comfortable bed made up, towels in the bathroom, and… even the final cleaning is included in the price.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, all of our apartments are equipped with free, high-speed Wi-Fi.
Do the apartments include heating?
Certainly, each apartment is equipped with adjustable heating to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
Do you offer parking?
Certainly, all of our accommodations include private parking. If you choose to stay at the Chalet 4 Stagioni, you will have access to a covered garage where you can park both your car and bicycles.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets upon request. We kindly ask you to inform us of their presence at the time of booking.
